i want blue highlights but my mom said she wouldnt pay for the cost at salons and i cannot find blue hair dye at stores help!

you can find dye at spencers.. and at hot topic.. but i suggest getting extensions (the glue in kind) becuz those don't damage your hair.. so you can find those at sally's beauty supply.. but if you want to dye it try those places
