I read somewhere that Prell shampoo washes semi permanent color out pretty well. If your hair is still relatively freshly dyed, I heard dish soap is also good. Wash it a few times daily, and once it's out, make sure you condition really well! But don't condition too much before it's out, it might seal the color in even more.. But I think you'll still have some blue left, so you might still have to color over it.

Well, you could go to the salon, or simply buy a hair dye that closely resembles you previous hair color. Again, for redying to brown, you might need to bleach it. And unless you can do the highlights yourself, you might want to just take that to the salon.
