What's up with blonde hair and blue eyes?

I have brown hair and hazel eyes and I'm Italian, so never in my life have I had a yearning to have different features. Though I think blue eyes are beautiful, I think that it comes down to the individual at the end of the day.

I've always thought brunette girls were more attractive, like penelope cruz, or angelina jolie.

My boyfriend and his family are in awe of people with blonde hair and blue eyes. that's all they talk about and it's so frustrating because he actually thinks people with those features are so "untouchable" making me feel like garbage, when in reality I actually don't see the problem with having my own features.

I never even thought having blonde hair and blue eyes was an image people were striving for.

Am I wrong?

For some weird reason, all the girls who i liked and were my gfs were italian, maybe it was a coincidence but maybe subconsciously i like brunette hair with brown eyes.

But to me i dont care wut color hair or eyes a girl has, as long as they are both nice.

I'm from Italy and I have natural blonde hair and very dark eyes, also a year round tan LOL I think dark haired females are prettier, i wouldn't dye my hair dark tho. Guess everyone has there own preference. Maybe there are no blonde's in his family so that why they like them. Most of my relatives, all 100% Italian have light hair, some have blue or gray eyes.

Well, I used to want blonde hair, I guess I have greeny eyes,m that can sometimes look blue. Then I dyed my hair blonde, the male attention grew, but I found out it was for the wrong reason, they didn't like me for me, but becuase they thought I was a bimbo.

I dyed my hair red and the attention became more genuine.

I don't think It matters, you are not worthless, you are a beautiful individual person.

ya I see what you mean. I'm Italian and Venezuelan and I have dark brown hair and dark brown eyes and yet the girls that get the guys are the blonde ones or the ones with pretty blue eyes...

I think I'm pretty and you are right. A blonde girl is not untouchable. They just have more of the American look... And youre also right about it all css down to who you are at the end of the day.

its not all about how people look but how they act and how they act towards you.

I think you should talk to him, tell him it hurts you how he often goes on about other women saying they are so attractive. Make him realise you think you are beautiful too. I have natural blonde hair and blue eyes and frankly I don't think there is anything overly special about it! I wish I looked like you! :) So yeah, tell him how you feel, maybe he will understand!
