If I have bright blue eyes, should I have my hair dark brown, my natural light brown hair, or blonde hair?

since you have light eyes and i'm guessing light skin, you can do all those colors. I would personally go with the dark brown color because dark hair and light eyes is very pretty.

Obviously the hair that goes with your eyes is the light brown, but you can make your eyes really pop if you dye it a few shades darker. Or you could just put some blonde highlights in your natural hair to brighten it up a bit. A salon could give you an even darker brown that shines red and it would really compliment blue eyes.
