When I got black hair dye on my forehead(and my hands) I used some softsoap(the real stuff not omitation) and a wash rag and scrubbed really hard...to the point it hurt but it came off.

Rubbing alcohol. put a little of a rag and scrub, it might hurt, or take awhile, but it works. i've had problems with blue and black and that always helped. best of luck =]

Get Hair Color Removal And Dab Some On To A Cotton Ball And Have Her Wipe Her Hands And Then After That Have Her Wash Her Hands With Soap
