Hi Caitlin - I'm the same as you. Look at the following MAC eye pencil liners at the below site. The screen doesn't show the true colors when you click on them - but all three of my favorites are very nice in real life.

Stubborn Brown (goes with everything - isn't too muddy like the duck color)

Forever green - this is gorgeous - brings out the gold in your blue eyes

Permaplum - not as bright as the computer screen shows

Find similar colors in the cosmetics of your choice - you will be pleased with the result. I love the MAC ones because they are waterproof - really stay on no matter what!

I would say a dark brown.. It sounds if you have pale skin. I think black would seem to harsh.

Browns, deep purples and charcoal colours might look nice, and not as harsh as black: )

I think black would maybe be too dark, but brown too light so if i were you I'd go for a black/brown.

Or if you want you could go for a mad bright color, which would make your eyes stand out. Like blue or pink.

Brown eyeliner makes blue eyes pop out (same with brown eyeshadow)
