In Rite-Aid they sell a new brand called "Splat" that has rebellious colors like pink and blue and when I applied it, it was a beautiful bright color but it fades pretty soon. At Sally's Beauty supply there is a brand called "manic panic" I hear it's good but I haven't tried it myself. Also if you have dark hair and want intense results you'll have to bleach your hair before applying the color. I would recommend using Clairol Born Blonde to do that with. the Splat brand comes with a bleach but their bleach is way too thick and I couldn't get it to squirt out of the bottle it came with. there is a good brand with red blue or purple at walgreens (a local drugstore) otherwise hot topic is a good place...sally has a LOT of stuff but you need to ask them questions as it is for professional hair people and doesn't always have instructions. Zia Records is cool too or tower records.

Warning..I dyed mine blue and had to bleach it first..and the blue slowly fades whether it is permanant or not. When it started to fade I used RED on it..I had wicked light purply hair with reddish highlights.
