i want my eyes to really pop-out because they are really blue, and i have really dark brown hair. i need step-by-step instrustions on how to do the eye make-up also.

get three shades of brown, dark, middle and light. use the medium shade for all over your eyes, then darkest one on the crease, where your eye balls are. then use a lightest one on your brow bones. use a black eye liner on upper lid, black mascara, some blush and a light shade of lipstick to bring attention to your eyes. Blue eyeshadow won't look too great, it will probably make it less noticeable. Brown will contrast with your beautiful eye color and make it pop.

I usually like to use a shimmery peach color along with a dark brown color for eyeshadow, and black eyeliner.

What I do (same features here),

I put on the eyeliner first. Black line under the eye, and I do a small "Cleopatra" look...meaning I pull the eyeliner out from the corner of my eye a bit, to add depth to it, and add just a little bit to the top of my eye.

then I get a shimmery peach eyeshadow, and cover the outer half of my eye lid (meaning, the side that is NOT closest to your nose), and then the other side I put a dark brown color...i mix them in, in the middle, and have the dark brown lightly cover where my eyelashes are.

and then black mascara.

it gives a really Bambi-eyed look. As long as you dont go heavy with the black eyeliner, it's a soft effect, makes you look totally innocent, but your eyes will really be emphasized, because you're using skin tone colors that emphasize your eyes' depth and beauty. :)

I would try the Almay intense i-color for blues. You buy an eyeliner, mascara, and eyeshadow, and it's all the colors you need to make blue eyes pop (browns, blues, and earthy-tones). Start by curling your eyelashes to make them look more open. Then, apply the eyeliner along your lash-line. The lightest shade goes over the whole lid/brow bone, medium color on the lid, and dark color in the crease (it shows you on the package) Then, curl your lashes to make sure they're curled enough, and apply the mascara.

You can buy this line of makeup at Walmart or any drug store, and it really does make blue eyes pop.

well i have the same hair color and eye color. And my eyes really stand out when i wear make up like this.

First put a real light pink eye shadow on ur eyelids, perferably one that really sparkles in the sun (this will help!)

Next

Get a black eyeliner, and apply it to ur top eyelid, but make it a lil thick not too thick or else u'll look like a goth, (dont know if thats what ur goin for)

Also put it on ur lower lid too, but not too much, just enough to know its there.

Then i use a very black or onyx mascara.

This will really make ur eyes stand out.

1. Curl your eyelashes and wear DARK BLACK mascara

2. Apply BLACK eyeliner on the bottom lashes

3. Apply self-tanner to your face and neck (DIOR or L'OREAL are great)

4. APPLY bronzing powder (ESTEE LAUDER)

5. APPLY BLUSH

Having dark skin will make ur eyes pop. when im tan, my eyes look super blue and EVERYONE i meet comments on them!!!
