Evenings you can use a shade darker or even frame your eyes by using a grey blue (more grey than blue) eye shadow in the crease and at the corners and no liner. If you have normal eye shape that usually makes your eyes look smaller. Accentuate in the crease and the corners when using eye make up and that will make your eyes stand out.
