I want a bit of blue hair for dramatic effect but im not sure if any retail stores sell it...?

Most beauty supply places will have this. But if you want to experiment before you jump in with both feet. You can use blue food coloring to see if you like it or not. This will wash out. My daughter used some green food coloring on her hair last year for St. Patrick's Day. Then a week later, my other daughter mixed red %26amp; Blue Food Coloring with some vinegar and streaked her hair with purple. It stayed purple for most of the summer.Vinegar set the color.

Manic Panic is great. Hot Topic (in almost any mall) sells that brand, or you can go to www.hottopic.com

Lol, i actually just put some highlights of blue in my hair a few weeks ago... If you have dark colored hair you are going to have to bleach the hair that you want colored, otherwise you wont see the blue at all. If you have blonde hair then you wont have any issues. I suggest using Color Jamz by Beyond the Zone pro formula. Its Semi-permanent hair coloring. You can buy it from Sally Beauty Salon, its like $6 and lasts about a month. I suggest don't use the Trippin' Turquoise because it will come out more green than anything. And the Huckleberry Blue turns out to be a sort of bright blue if thats what your looking for. When you look at the colors though just remember that the color thats on the bottle and the samples is not the color it will turn out to be, it will turn out to be lighter than what you see. You are going to have to get a pair of gloves to because it will color your hands, lol. If you are wanting to do certain parts of your hair i suggest asking a friend to help you.

I don't know how to do it, but it sounds cool.
