You can get blue hair when you are a superstar. Go to the Esd鑼卐 shop and buy one of the haircolour products on your hair (apparently Yellow or Red works)!

So you buy red or yellow hair dye. Go to your Medoll and apply it 3 times. press undo. your hair will now turn to a dark color press save (As the color is dark). Go somewhere else and come back to your Medoll. It should be blue by then. Hope that helps!

I am not a Superstar but wish I was so I'm not 100% sure but give it a try, since you already have yellow hair dye! There's nothing to lose!
