becuase i want to dye my hair dark blue or dark purple ?

Manic Panic is probably your best bet. They sell some shades at Spencer's, sally's beauty, and hot topic. To look at all the colors they have to choose from, go to www.manicpanic.com. You can also buy them from www.interpunk.com for a good price (It's like, 7 bucks on that website I think).

Manic Panic is semipermanent (you can't really find crazy colored permanents) but they seem to stick the best. Just try not to wash your hair until it starts to look really greasy. hehe.
