you need too bleach your hair,too white blonde.so i would say use 40 vol peroxide with the bleach.then u put the blue on.if you put it on your hair as it is it will turn green.as yellow and blue make green.but the good news is the bleach will be there for the next time u wish too add a colour.as the colours wash out.you just might have too do the roots with the bleach.hope this helps.
