ok honestly in not a hairless rat expert, but, buti am a rat owner, i would think its something along the lines of dealing with the stress of having new babies around, but just to make sure i would call the 'ask a vet' line to make sure its not something bad, good luck!

LOL Thre's no such thing as a "patchwork" hairless. You have a Double Rhex rat, which is a rat that, yes, turns blue, regrows its hair, loses it again, and is just freaking awesome. There's nothing wrong with her.

Though I do think you should keep her from having babies if you don't even know what sort of rat she is. You should check out some responsible rat breeding websites. Check my source for lists.
